The collaboration with SKEMA Business School
June 28-2016

VINNO is  collaborate with SKEMA Business School recently. Under this program, which is supported by organizations including Suzhou Dushu Lake Science and Education Management Committee, Dushu Lake Entrepreneurial University, and SIP BioBay, five SKEMA students spent two months at VINNO completing a research project on the French market.

SKEMA was founded in 2009 by the merger of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce and CERAM Business School. Since then, SKEMA has become  a global institution with six campuses around the world: Lille (France), Paris (France), Sophia Antipolis (France), Suzhou (China), Raleigh (USA) and Belo Horizonte (Brazil). SKEMA's Suzhou campus opened in 2008 and is located in Suzhou Dushu Lake Science and Education Innovation District.

After completing their project, the five SKEMA students presented the results of their research to the project review committee. Mrs. Tian Yuan listened to their report and made remarks.

Thanks to its outstanding product performance and service, VINNO made a strong entry into the European market in 2015.  The company achieved the highest level for musculoskeletal ultrasound imaging and partnered with the largest physical therapy association in France. It built an excellent reputation in a short period of time, but the road to continued growth may not be entirely smooth.

As the SKEMA team noted, in mature markets like France, customers are focused on quality, and good prices alone are not enough to ensure continued success. In order to maintain growth, VINNO needs not only to deliver top-quality products and services, but also to change French customers' attitudes towards Chinese products. VINNO will need to find its own unique way to stand out from the large pool of competitive brands.

In the two months the students spent with us, the VINNO team was impressed by their critical thinking skills and attention to detail.  Yuan praised their professional dedication and sense of responsibility, and said she looked forward to further collaboration in the future.
