2017 is almost over. The busiest people in the VINNO team these days are sales managers. It is hard to find them. During this interview someone called me during midday break and talked to me for a bit. The voice message that one person sent was full of a hubbub of human voices in the background.

They are all on the road, all sprinting ahead.

Year after year the number of steps they take is on par with that of doctors. It is because of these steps that VINNO has been able to gradually encompass a territory that spans the world.  

This group of busy people always carry notebooks with them. The notebooks record what they see and hear in the hospitals along with those cute customers -- ultrasound doctors. Let’s listen to their stories together: 

 

Friday, April 7th

 

Dr. Zhang Qiang sent another message about VINNO in his Moments. Ever since he used us for auxiliary diagnoses in his vascular surgery department he has frequently told other friends about VINNO on WeChat and Weibo. 

These past few years high end clinics and medical groups have developed rapidly in East China coastal regions. The ultrasound doctors at a high end clinic in the Jing’an district told me that according to the international medical standard guide he has to save thirty to forty ultrasound images for each patient. This is ten times the conventional amount. He is extremely satisfied with our image storage functions: “I really like the fast screenshot and export functions. There is also large cloud storage space. I won’t have to exercise undue caution anymore.” 

In the new age of medicine patients need more personalized and customized services. Doctors need more concise products. VINNO has grown together with China’s ultrasound doctors.

Recently, a Director of an Emergency Department at a certain hospital in Xinjiang wanted to add a portable color Doppler ultrasound device to the department. To better implement the use of ultrasound technology in the department he also went out of his way to earn a certificate, and called upon the entire department to learn. Nowadays, the applications of ultrasound are not limited to ultrasound departments. Yet looking back to the time when the Xinjiang market had just opened up, ultrasound specialists had reservations about the stability of this young brand. 

At the site calling for bids I lifted up a device. The device fell to the ground from high up, but didn’t have the least bit of damage! The specialists were stunned. Maybe they had never seen someone so confident. That moment became VINNO’s dazzling starting point in Xinjiang.

These past two years VINNO has been like a dark horse galloping in the lands of Xinjiang. VINNO has realized the installation of equipment in many Grade A Hospitals. At the same time VINNO has utilized the remote diagnosis system to realize regional coverage, and has appeared in many grass roots medical treatment and public health stations.

From being a stranger to being acknowledged to being accepted, VINNO is growing up rapidly. I hope that one day that whenever someone mentions ultrasound people think of VINNO. We are also willing to create value for ever more doctors and patients.

As the company’s first overseas sales manager I have seen the company continuously grow these past few years from the products to the team. Image quality has rapidly improved, and earned the approval of ever more Asia-Pacific customers.

This year we installed a large amount of devices in countries including India,  Iraq, and Australia. That day Manager S, who is in charge of the Philippines, said that our high-end obstetrics machine earned the approval of the department director at a local general hospital. The four-dimensional images were life-like, and beat out competitors like famous international brands. After hearing this kind of feedback, we, who had been laboring for a year, felt very delighted.

P.s: We discovered that many overseas agents have made a Facebook page for us. We already have tens of thousands of fans.

 Animal Heart Ultrasound Specialist Professor Cai Zhihong flew to VINNO from Taiwan to teach a class. After the course was completed everyone happily took a group photo. These past few years ever more doctors have been willing to choose high-end color Doppler ultrasound equipment, but suffer from a lack of professional knowledge. To solve this puzzle VINNO has held multiple animal heart ultrasound training courses in Beijing and Suzhou with cooperative partners, and trained a batch of animal heart ultrasound doctors with operational standards and solid skills.

When discussing VINNO’s R&D team, Professor Cai said: They are great! They can quickly develop exclusive functions according to his feedback, and help doctors save seven to eight years of time fumbling around, precisely and quickly improving standards.

As a leader in the industry, many training institutes and academic conferences also invite VINNO to attend. Seeing our hard work earn the affirmation of specialists and students gives me a great sense of mission!

Today, tennis super star Nadal’s physical therapist Dr. Ramon used a VINNO device to conduct training, and had a big thumbs up for our image quality and operational experience.

In the past few years ultrasound has been rising up in the fields of physical therapy and sports medicine in Europe. VINNO earned the approval of the German market, which has the strictest technological requirements, and is currently influencing the development of burgeoning fields with its technical strength.

As a Chinese sales manager, seeing our products bring real value to European doctors and patients makes me particularly happy. Many European customers see VINNO as a high-end Chinese brand. This genuinely makes people feel proud.

Today, I attended the Dushu Alliance’s joint investment fair. It is already the sixth event of the year. From Yunnan to Hangzhou, Ha’erbin to Hefei, Zhengzhou to Xi’an, as the first collaborative innovation organization in Chinese medical fields, the Dushu Alliance is currently rapidly expanding. The alliance conference has already become a grand gathering in medical circles. Each event will attract over a hundred hospital and guild leaders to gather together. In the past few years, model innovation led by doctors has been springing up one after another. We hope that ever more medical practitioners can take part in this revolution!

Recently, I went to do a demo at a pediatrics department in a hospital in Peru. The doctors placed the heart probe on the chest of a newborn baby. The image was clear and blood flow was sensitive. The doctors quickly did a precise diagnosis. I was very pleased to see this little life receive treatment without delay. 

Latin America’s economy has recovered in the past few years. There is strong demand in the ultrasound market. I felt that VINNO represented how Made in China had improved the medical service standards of Latin America. Latin American users are also very enthusiastic. They even made a video of our equipment and put it on Youtube. It attracted a lot of attention. I guess you could say they are die-hard overseas fans, right?

Guangdong was the first to experience the winds of reform, and is also the place where national ultrasound development has been the most rapid. Here, our cavitation treatment and salpingography technologies have initiated a deep collaboration with specialists from Grade A Class 3 hospitals. 

Our innovative technologies have benefited ever more departments in the past few years. After coming into contact with “V-Guide”, a doctor from a thyroid and breast department exclaimed: “Doctors from the thyroid and breast department can also easily do puncturing!”

Ever more specialists recognize VINNO. This year when promoting our new product, the VINNO M80, many specialists sincerely offered praises saying: “The image quality is great. It surpassed our expectations!”
