VINNO URM Achieves Major Milestones: 7 Multicenter Studies & 5 Peer‑Reviewed Publications

VINNO proudly announces a significant advancement in Ultra‑Resolution Microscopy (URM) technology, highlighted by the establishment of seven prospective multicenter clinical studies and the publication of five peer‑reviewed papers in leading international journals.

Building a Global URM Research Network

VINNO URM has now formed one of the most comprehensive multicenter research networks in ultrasound innovation. Partnering with over 180 leading hospitals, these studies are designed to provide large-scale clinical evidence, validate diagnostic accuracy, and accelerate the translation of URM technology into routine clinical practice.

By covering key areas such as oncology, nephrology, and organ transplantation, these multicenter projects aim to:

l  Establish objective diagnostic criteria for URM across multiple diseases

l  Support early, safe, and noninvasive detection of critical conditions like cancer and chronic kidney disease

l  Bridge academic research and clinical application, driving a new era of precision ultrasound

Current URM Multicenter Studies:

1. Multicenter Study on Super-Resolution Microscopy Ultrasound Imaging of Breast Masses and Sentinel Lymph NodesRuijin Hospital, 38 hospitals

2. Prospective Multicenter Study on Super-Resolution Microscopy Imaging for Differential Diagnosis of Cervical Lymph NodesPLA General Hospital (5th Medical Center), 22 hospitals

3. Prospective Multicenter Study on Super-Resolution Microscopy Imaging for Assessing Benign and Malignant Superficial Lymph NodesPeking University Third Hospital, 41 hospitals

4. Multicenter Study on Super-Resolution Microscopy Imaging for Assessing Bladder Tumor Invasion DepthPeking University Third Hospital & Renji Hospital, 25 hospitals

5. Prospective Multicenter Study on Super-Resolution Microscopy Imaging for Predicting Myometrial Invasion and Biological Behavior in Endometrial CancerShengjing Hospital, 27 hospitals.

6. Prospective Multicenter Study on Super-Resolution Microscopy Ultrasound Imaging in Transplanted KidneysWest China Hospital & First Hospital of China Medical University, 15 hospitals

7. Prospective Multicenter Study on Super-Resolution Microscopy Ultrasound Imaging in Chronic NephritisJiangsu Provincial People’s Hospital, 11 hospitals

Publications

VINNO URM’s clinical value is further validated by five peer‑reviewed papers published in internationally recognized journals, including European Radiology — one of the highest‑impact journals in medical imaging — and the Journal of Ultrasound in Medicine, the official publication of the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (AIUM). These publications highlight URM’s potential to reshape diagnostics across oncology, hepatology, and neuroscience.

1.       Feasibility Analysis of Ultra-Resolution Microscopy Based on Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS) in Benign and Malignant Breast Lesions

2.       Multi-modal Ultrafast Sonography Microscopy (MUSM) for Super-Resolution Imaging of Cerebral Vascular Dynamics in a Mouse Model of Hypertension Induced by Angiotensin-II and L-NAME

3.       Relationship Between Contrast‑Enhanced Ultrasound Combined with Ultrasound Resolution Microscopy Imaging and Histological Features of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

4.       Super-Resolution Ultrasound Imaging of Intranodal Lymphatic Sinuses for Predicting Sentinel Lymph Node Metastasis in Breast Cancer: A Preliminary Study

5.       Super-Resolution Ultrasound and Microvasculomics: A Consensus Statement

VINNO’s Vision

By combining 9 μm-level microvascular visualization with extensive multicenter validation and robust scientific evidence, VINNO URM is reshaping diagnostic pathways — shifting from late-stage treatment to proactive early intervention. This reinforces VINNO’s mission to establish a new global standard in noninvasive, high-resolution imaging
